From 2014 to 2017 and in 2018 there was a consistent increase in rates collection across the country. There was a consistent and deep effort on behalf of the entire sector to increase the percentage collection. If my memory serves me correctly it increased to 83% or 84% collection from a low of somewhere in the seventies. Perhaps Ms Gavin can clarify that figure.
