If we take the freehold here, the depth of enjoyment of the property is there, this is the lease, and the freeholder has stepped away by granting the lease, although there are covenants in the lease for the tenant to continue to enjoy the property. It is subject to the lease but, effectively, for as long as the tenant complies with the lease, it has the lands for the 299 years.
