I would like to answer the question. The Minister under the constitution of these companies has the right to appoint three members of the board of the new national maternity hospital. The board members from St. Vincent's Healthcare Group nominated by St. Vincent's Holdings are committed to upholding the values and vision of the Religious Sisters of Charity. Deputy Lahart may say they are not Catholic but I think that is hard to believe.
