I admit I do not agree with that final conclusion. Maternity services for women in this country are so outdated. We had a tour of the hospital this morning and saw a 15-bed ward where women are sharing toilets. Any delay in services will have a major impact on the health outcomes of many women. Dr. Boylan knows this and has seen what goes on in the hospital. Is it possible the State can delay even a single day in delivering services for women in the country?
