Certainly. There is a permitted use clause that states the hospital's activities must be both clinically appropriate and legally permissible. The term "clinically appropriate" is not defined. Even in circumstances were all the parties are in agreement as to what is the definition, unless that definition is reduced into writing and, I would say, placed inside the lease, we would be left with the difficulty that a future interpretation may not comply with what everybody has said they expect it to mean now.
