Certainly. I thank the Senator for giving me the opportunity. As I said earlier, the preference, which is expressed by everybody at the committee and outside it, would be for the State to own the freehold and the land. The preference, if that cannot be done, is for the deal done to bring certainty in terms of the delivery of the services that are expected and that everybody agrees are expected to be delivered in this maternity hospital.
