The Deputy will be glad to hear that I will not pretend to have any real estate knowledge of south County Dublin, perhaps unfortunately for me. I wills say, however, that this is currently a site with some buildings upon it. There is to be an overlap. Some buildings currently on the site will be removed. I know the Minister identified some of those, for example, dermatology. Offices will be provided in the new building for the use of St. Vincent's Healthcare Group.
