We know from yesterday that if it does not do this, the Minister can instruct it to do this. I know that one of the arguments is what would happen if there was a conservative Minister for Health. The fact of the matter is that the law of this land, thanks to people like Dr. Boylan, provides for the termination of pregnancy.
