No. That is on the record. Dr. Boylan has supplied that. I am asking a straight question: what vehicle are they going to use? How is it going to happen that someone decides that a woman cannot receive a termination in the new national maternity hospital if it is located at St. Vincent's? Who makes that decision? Who makes that call and who issues the instruction?
