I support the move to the St. Vincent's campus. In its proper sense, co-location is an excellent idea. My problem is with the governance and ownership structure. I have a serious problem with the failure to carry out due diligence with regard to what we will call the Vatican papers, the exchanges between the Vatican and Dublin with regard to the permission the Sisters of Charity got. The doctors, midwives and so on at Holles Street hospital will not be working for that hospital any more. They will be working for a private company that is a subsidiary of St. Vincent's Healthcare Group, which is owned by St. Vincent's Holdings.
