On motor taxation, if people can afford to tax their car earlier, as we are all aware, it will cost them less than if they are on a lower income and are being taxed every three months. At some point we need to do something about this because people on lower incomes are very stressed. They need to have their vehicles taxed, for obvious reasons and to avoid fines and so on, but because they are on lower incomes, they seem to be penalised. Could we please take a look at that in the next budget?
