What measures does the Department take in order to address the labour shortages in key sectors? We heard Deputy Durkan talk about HGV drivers, etc., but I am quite concerned about the chronic carer shortage we have. Is there any incentive for family carers? Will the Government introduce a minimum living wage for the sector? Carers are really struggling.
