I move amendment No. 43:
In page 21, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following: “(7) The Minister shall, within 12 months of the passing of this Act, draft and publish a report examining how single use plastics used in the sale of fruit and vegetables can be reduced.”.
I thank the Minister of State for his response. I will withdraw the amendment with a view to reintroducing it on Report Stage.
