This amendment essentially relates to how, when we look at the strategies, we need to have annual reporting on them to know whether we are on track, as well as what kind of data we need, how it is operating, and whether there are any barriers to the progress on it.

Essentially, it is just a monitoring of the actual policy, and that the monitoring and the outcomes is a transparent process by which people can engage with it. As with any policy, there needs to be a continual feedback loop, and this is just facilitating that to ensure that the policy does what it says it is to do, and also that it is performing in the way we expect it and want it to.
