I move amendment No. 13:
"In page 10, line 25, to delete “The circular economy strategy may” and substitute the following: “Within 6 months of the publication of the first circular economy strategy referred to in subsection (2), the circular economy strategy shall”."
I believe the Minister of State indicated that he will accept amendment No. 14. He might discuss his understanding of the word "within". If he is accepting amendment No. 14, I am happy enough to withdraw amendment No. 13.
