The next correspondence is No. 1195 B from Mr. Robert Watt, Secretary General, Department of Health providing the Department's response to an inquiry from the committee regarding pharmaceutical industry payments to HSE-funded healthcare organisations and professionals. The proposed action is to note and publish it and to forward the Department's response, along with the correspondence that gave rise to it, which was R0947, to the Joint Committee on Health for its information and any action it may deem appropriate.
