I move amendment No. 195:

In page 95, line 32, to delete “enable compliance with the policies” and substitute “implement,and report on compliance with, the policies”.

This is a clarifying amendment to clarify that the obligation of the governing body of the National College of Art and Design is to have appropriate systems, procedures and practices in place to in order to implement and report on compliance with the policies of the Government or a Minister of the Government to the extent that these policies may affect or relate to the functions of the National College of Art and Design.
