I move amendment No. 167:

In page 76, between lines 21 and 22, to insert the following: “(c) in paragraph 7, by the substitution of “such period as the governing authority determines but the period shall not exceed 10 years from the date of the appointment of the chief officer” for “a period of 10 years”.”
