I thank Deputy Conway-Walsh. She is entirely correct. I agree with her in that the only slight addition in my amendment, amendment No. 85, is the inclusion of a role for ministerial approval of the framework as well, so we are both landing in the same zone.

Amendment No. 86 to this section seeks just to fix a typographical error. I propose that I move amendments Nos. 85 to 87, inclusive. I agree with Deputy Conway-Walsh that we have addressed amendment No. 84 through those amendments.
