We are now back in public session and will resume our consideration of the need for the reform of public works contracts for the construction of transport infrastructure. I welcome Mr. Tom Parlon, director general and Mr. Paul Sheridan, director of the Construction Industry Federation, CIF. They are both very welcome and I thank them for their patience.
