Whatever way this is analysed, the context here is €10 million as a percentage of the overall budget of €331 million for new projects. Is anyone good at maths? Is that 0.3%? It is a tiny percentage of the overall budget, and yet this has caused a great deal of anxiety. Even without the calculator, my maths are still intact. The percentage works out at about 0.3% of the overall budget. It is less than 1%. It is not a material amount in an overall context, but it is highly material funding to individual projects.
