No, this is not the first time. This is ongoing and speaks a little about what I mean in respect of the strategy. We have always had a literature strategy, a literature officer and have had responsibility for Irish-language literature. We have been working in this way according to a broader strategy for as long as the Arts Council has been around. This policy is giving specific attention to it and is trying to name some of the things we have been doing for some time to give us more direction and greater clarity around that. These are conversations, particularly with the strategically funded organisations, that we have with them all the time and are organisations that have made great strides in the work they are doing in the Irish language.
