Turning to the IFPA, in the context of the experiences of women in rural areas versus urban areas, the geographic disparities and disparities in care are very worrying. The representatives from the IFPA mentioned that in most cases, and in the absence of locally accessible care, the only option women might have is home self-management of medical abortion.

Will our guests say a little more about that and what it means? How has that affected, for example, victims of domestic abuse or women who do not have safe home environments? Will our guests expand on that? They touched on that issue a little; perhaps they would expand further.
