I think he may have said that he wanted to give enough time for the selection of a replacement but I am not sure where I saw that. Possibly it was in the Secretary General's report. No, it cannot have been in the Secretary General's report. Maybe it was. Anyway, I do not know. I have no idea why that date was chosen but-----
