I am worried about the degree to which we can get information. I realise that Mr. Fraser does not have a direct role in this, but it could have been referred to him. It was referred to him, or run past him, as they say nowadays, in the course of the events, apparently. Well, he is well aware of the matter and agreed - or did not agree, as the case may be. I presume he agreed. In those circumstances, again, we are talking about a time when the health services in this country are on their knees. There are waiting lists as long as your arm. One of the things we tried to do in the month of January was to avail of the opportunity to rebuild the health service, and that needed a plan. That needs the Secretary General of the Department and key people around him or her to deliver the quality and standard of service that is required. Does Mr. Fraser agree on that?
