The fact of the matter is that a very senior person in the area of public health, who had given clearly sterling and sustained service to the country and its people over a long period, was seeking to take up a different appointment. Obviously, he is allowed to do that. He is not forbidden. There is no question at all as to his right or entitlement to take up a different position. Is that correct?
