I will certainly help the committee but I have to say that these are matters for the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. The Deputy will tell me that is another episode of "Yes Minister", but it is true that the Department of the Taoiseach is not responsible for the circular. I will certainly try to come back to the committee on that.
