Mr. Martin Fraser:
I do not have a formal role as Secretary General. I am not the Secretary General at the Department of Health. The CMO was thinking of stepping down and considering a possible role. That was his position. He obviously intended to step down but he was also trying to work out what he would do if he were going to step down.
