Sorry. I was saying "shall" as "may" in my head. I would like to get clarity on this point. I agree with the Deputy on it. We will come back to that issue.

On the issue of publication, I am sure that what is in the Bill is the strongest language that covers everything. We can look at it again to clarify that the intention is that it would apply to every type of publication, including online media, print, radio and everything else. We will clarify that and ensure it is as strong as it can be.

I did not get a chance to mention it at the outset, but I have three other amendments that I hope to bring forward on a later Stage. One of those amendments looks at the engagement between An Garda Síochána and other police forces, to which the Deputy has referred. If it is okay, I will come back with amendments on Report Stage to deal with that directly.
