My feeling is not only that it should be or will be done, but that it has to be done. Yesterday, we spoke about the pathway to parentage and the parental order applications in the UK. Is there something we could improve on? Is that a good template for us to use in Ireland for those concepts to be translated into our law? What is the witnesses' view, based on their expertise?
