My colleague in An Taisce covered it very well. I go back to Teagasc and ask about the disconnect. Notwithstanding the fact that it is very site specific and not just to do with the inputs, there is a disconnect between the very high levels of reductions we need in some catchments and the fact that the nitrates action plan targets only a 15% reduction.
