On timing, I am sure the Minister is aware there were some reports yesterday in the media that it could be as far as June. I understand the Minister said here today that he hopes it will be within the coming weeks. Does the Minister have any concerns that it could take as long as June? As he is aware, people are asking those questions, and when they see that kind of information being put out in the media, they have concerns.
