I thank the Minister of State for the response. He understands what I am saying. Nothing I propose would preclude an increase in the budget, as he knows. In giving the CCPC additional responsibilities and powers, we must make sure the resources are in place. All the powers in the world are no good if they cannot be exercised because of resource constraints, and this would not assist the commission in doing its job and helping consumers.
