I move amendment No. 150:

In page 92, to delete lines 25 to 29 and substitute the following: "(b) Nothing in subsection (2) shall be construed as preventing or restricting a competent authority from bringing an appeal against a refusal of the District Court to issue a warrant under section 37 of the Act of 2014 or section 39, 40 or 40A of the Act of 2002.".
