I move amendment No. 97:

In page 59, to delete lines 32 to 35 and substitute the following: “ ‘immunity from administrative financial sanctions’ means an exemption granted by a competent authority, in accordance with a leniency programme, from an administrative financial sanction that would otherwise be imposed on an undertaking for its participation in a cartel;”.
