I move amendment No. 68:

In page 45, line 16, to delete “or an order under 15Z(6)” and substitute the following: “(including, in respect of a decision under section 15X(2), both the decision under section 15X(2)(a) and, where applicable, the decision under section 15X(2)(b))”.
