He mentioned that the PSI is of the view that consultant psychiatrists being able to verify that somebody has a mental health difficulty is an unnecessarily restrictive practice and there is a need for a change in the specification in respect of it. Will he tell us what the justification for that distinction is? What can we do to change it?
