I am sorry but we have to conclude the meeting because of the arrangements in the House. On the EBS question, it was not good enough that a bank would settle with one agent and not with the others and would use the court case to close down everything else. I understand there may be a mediation process but I would say to the Central Bank that I believe it has a role here and I will continue to raise it. I ask Mr. Kincaid to get an update on that court case and see whether we can insist on the mediation process. I am sorry to have to cut this short but the witnesses can respond to us in writing.
