I welcome the Governor and deputy governor to the committee. Picking up on the point on cryptocurrencies or crypto, the president of the ECB made an address recently in which she said cryptocurrencies "are certainly being used, as we speak, as a way to circumvent the sanctions that have been decided by many countries around the world against Russia". Is it Mr. Makhlouf's view that crypto is being used here to evade Russian sanctions?
