I am asking about pomskies because they cannot be bred without artificial insemination. We heard about the issues around that recently. I had a quick look around the site. In one ad, there were 100 breeding bitches. Does Dogs.ieonly accept ads from a registered breeding establishment that caps the number of breeding bitches or does it accept ads from anyone?
