My next question is for Mr. O'Reilly, in light of Dr. Browne's comments on the legislation and Mr. O'Reilly's reference to the landmark US Bill, the Strengthening American Cybersecurity Act. How far away is Ireland from coming up with our own cybersecurity Bill such as that which the US has introduced? In the context of our collaboration and engagement, what do we need to do? Mr. O'Reilly stated in stark terms that 80% of critical infrastructure is in private ownership, which presents a difficulty. Will he elaborate on that?
