I welcome Dr. Browne and thank him for his contribution. I congratulate him on his appointment. Unlike Senator Craughwell, I believe the centre should be under the Department of Justice. We have a department of homeland security and it is called the Department of Justice.

In The Irish Timestoday, one of our witnesses today, Dr. Michael Scott, is reported as saying that he will tell us later that our response as a state to cybersecurity is "pretty woeful". How would Dr. Browne react to that?
