I thank the committee for allowing me to be here. I thank my colleague for allowing me to take his place. I am particularly interested in this because of what is happening in Achill Island, the proposals about it and the feasibility studies into hydrogen. I completely agree with Deputy Ó Cuív about the joined-up approach. Whose job is it to bring all the services together, including water, fibre connections and electricity for import and export?
