Many of them are, but they are an important group to reach given the social impact and benefits that can be accrued from there, as well as the warmer homes scheme. In the round this year, there is €352 million in Government funding and 58% of that is going to either dedicated energy poverty schemes through the SEAI or the €85 million through local authorities, which, again, should be targeted to the lowest income households.
