If pay is not an issue, that reinforces my earlier point that work-life conditions and so on are a determining factor at home. That will lead more and more qualified doctors to emigrate, which in turn will create a further problem at home. It will multiply annually. The problem will only get worse. We need to look at ways and means of identifying how to break the cycle because, if we do not find out what can be done in that regard in the short term, the problem will only get worse. We have heard about the hours per week. Do we have any evidence to indicate the number of hours worked per day in some extreme cases? We know what the average in most cases is. Averages are just that - averages. The long and the short of it is that somewhere in the middle lies the tale. Do the witnesses have any information on that?
