Mr. O'Leary mentioned the 19 AHBs in terms of certified body status and he said that 100% of loans are approved after a body has certified status. Are they periodically reviewed after that? I assume one has to go through a process to achieve certified status. Is it assumed that everything is in order following that or is a subsequent check performed?
