I want to ask about the research because so little goes to technological universities. However, we now have an opportunity. I am particularly interested in the Atlantic Technological University and the capacity there for competing in research and development. What do we need for that and how do we do it? We must make sure that a bigger share is going to the technological universities and along the western seaboard.
