I move amendment No. 283:

In page 36, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: "(4) Where either or both persons have proceeded with contact with the assistance of the Agency or the Authority, but both persons subsequently decide they wish to be in direct contact with each other, the Agency or the Authority shall, without delay, provide each person with contact details for the other.”.
