I move amendment No. 282:

In page 36, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: "(4) Where either or both persons wish to proceed with contact with the assistance of the Agency or the Authority, contact shall be facilitated in line with statutory guidelines set out by the Minister in consultation with the Adoption Advisory Group.".
