I move amendment No. 281:

In page 36, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: "(4) Where both the requester and the specified person wish to proceed with contact without the assistance of the Agency or the Authority, the Agency or the Authority shall, without delay, provide each person with contact details for the other.".
